To our valued clients, friends and industry partners: As everyone is exceedingly aware, we are dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic which is very challenging for families and businesses world wide. Exquisite Occasions top priority is to keep our families, colleagues and clients safe and healthy by taking the necessary precautions.

What this means for our team:

• We are only conducting meetings and consultations via video or phone calls at this time

• Our team is working remotely from home.

What this means for our clients and fellow industry professionals:

• Most vendors are working remotely from home as well.

• Most vendors have a postponement policy - ask them about it and if you were to postpone your wedding/event, what happens if they are not available on your new date.

What this means for our inquiries and future clients:

• For the time being, we are still accepting new bookings for Planning/Coordinating & Floral Designing for your events

We know some of you have made or will have to make a tough decision about postponing or cancelling your event- we want you to know that we fully support you.

In a time when we MUST practice social distancing and isolation, we are continuing to update you on all social media platforms, as we continue to work with you and vendors to plan your event. We LOVE you, SUPPORT you and are GRATEFUL for you. Stay safe
